Some new stars could emerge in Duke-UNC game

At North Carolina (21-9, 11-6), there's been relative stability when it comes to the starting lineup. The Tar Heels have gone with Marcus Paige, Justin Jackson, J.P. Tokoto, Kennedy Meeks and Brice Johnson in 26 of their 30 games. But several other Tar Heels have seen their involvement fluctuate.
