Report: T.J. Yates to return to Falcons on one-year deal

T.J. Yates served as the backup to Matt Ryan in Atlanta last season after being acquired in an offseason trade from the Houston Texans. Despite a change in coaching staffs, Yates will apparently remain in that role this season for the Falcons. According to Adam Caplan of ESPN.com, Yates has agreed to return to the Falcons on a one-year deal worth $1.5 million.
