So it came to pass Thursday that the Meeks finally inherited the earth. And rubbed my nose in the dust during the process. When Kennedy Meeks came off the North Carolina bench and helped the Tar Heels ruin Louisville’s first-ever trip to the ACC basketball tournament with a 70-60 quarterfinal win, Tar Heels fans far and near were quick to let me know how incorrect I was just a day earlier.
