It's a sports-themed 1980s promo from WRAL-TV of Raleigh in the Triangle region of North Carolina. Come for the bad hair and Lee Greenwood wearing short shorts, an N.C. State satin jacket, Duke hat and North Carolina T-shirt that spells Tar Heels as one word. Stay for the Jim Valvano, Mike Krzyzewski and Dean Smith finale _ which looks like the intro for a promising wacky-coaching-neighbor sitcom.
