Funny thing about fatigue: when things are going well, you’re never tired. When Carolina was putting together a terrific 30 minutes in building a nine-point lead over Notre Dame with ten minutes to go in the ACC Tournament championship game, everyone looked fresh. Then the Fighting Irish blizzard began—Notre Dame coach Mike Brey called it “a lightning strike,” which seems accurate.
