North Carolina is playing its best basketball heading into the NCAA tournament, and the Tar Heels’ highly touted freshmen are a big reason why. Justin Jackson and Joel Berry played critical roles in No. 15 UNC’s run to the ACC championship game. Jackson even made the all-tournament team. “It is progress,” UNC coach Roy Williams said.
