UNC arrives for tonight’s NCAA Tournament opener against Harvard with an added sense of confidence, an enhanced belief rooted in the notion that the Tar Heels just might be realizing their best basketball here at the most critical stage of the season. That conviction has coincided with an unburdened Marcus Paige, whose recent increase in production has been attributed to the improving health of his right foot.
