Luke Maye leads the way

He’s a top 100 national basketball recruit, a two-time conference Player of the Year and a North Carolina recruit who has helped put the Huskies on the short list of the state’s top teams. This year, Maye had a type of season. He led the team in nearly every category, averaging 20.7 points, 14.2 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game. He’s as comfortable leading the fast break as he is backing his man down under the basket or hoisting 3-pointers that would make some of the NBA’s top sharpshooters envious. (Huntersville Herald)
