2016 QB Chazz Surratt to visit UNC and decide soon

Four-star dual-threat quarterback Chazz Surratt (Denver, N.C./East Lincoln) will visit North Carolina this weekend and plans to make a decision between the Tar Heels and Duke shortly thereafter. UNC and the Blue Devils are tied at the top. Wake Forest and Vanderbilt are behind the two Tobacco Road rivals. (Carolina Blue)
