Chapel Hill veteran memorial in need of funding

Nearly two years after the town of Chapel Hill approved the building of a veterans memorial, plans and funding for the structure are still not finalized. The memorial, set to be placed at Chapel Hill Memorial Cemetery, was approved by the Chapel Hill Town Council in April 2013. (Daily Tar Heel)
