Kendrick Singleton quickly became a juggernaut in the weight room. He’d won a state championship in high school weight-lifting and displayed a degree of intensity and passion about lifting and pushing iron plates around. At 205 pounds, his ability to bench press 405 pounds, squat 545 squat and power clean 352 make him the strongest player on the team in the pound-for-pound measurements tallied by strength and conditioning coach Lou Hernandez.
