Danny Green breaks Spurs' single-season team mark for 3s
Posted Apr 13, 2015
Danny Green drilled his 191st 3-pointer of the season early in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s home game with Phoenix, breaking Chuck Person’s single-season club record. Person originally set the mark in 1995-96, in the midst of a short experiment by the NBA with a shorter 3-point line. Green now has two of the top three single-season totals in club history, including 177 in 2012-13.
