North Carolina is recruiting Woodbridge, Va. defensive tackle the hardest. The 6-foot-5, 311-pound Campbell is up to 34 offers and said in addition to North Carolina being the school recruiting him the hardest, he also grew up a Tar Heel basketball fan.
