What 2016 OL Jay-Jay McCargo would mean to UNC

Currently, North Carolina is in the driver's seat for talented offensive lineman (and all-name team candidate) Jay-Jay McCargo (Arlington, Va./Bishop O'Connell). The predictive expert vote on 247Sports Crystal Ball agrees. The Tar Heels are sitting currently with 67 percent of the vote and a commitment could come in the near future, perhaps on a visit to Chapel Hill, which is expected to be next weekend.
