Matt Harvey battles illness, but doesn't miss start

New York Mets ace Matt Harvey had an alibi for Sunday's mediocre performance, at least as judged by his lofty standards. Harvey had been sick for a couple of days. The illness deprived him of sleep and the ability to comfortably swallow. (ESPN.com)
