2016 QB Chazz Surratt commits to Duke

David Cutcliffe has his quarterback in the Class of 2016. Chazz Surratt announced today at a press conference at his school that he would be attending Duke, choosing the Blue Devils over offers from North Carolina, Vanderbilt, NC State and others. (Blue Devil Lair)
