Posted Apr 24, 2015
Once Joel Berry returned from an injury that kept him out of seven games between January and February, he emerged as a quality back-up point guard. Roy Williams tended to go with Berry over sophomore Nate Britt during the last stretch of the season. Berry proved to be a better offensive threat, taking the ball to basket and knocking down threes. The freshman shot 50% (10/20) from three over the last 10 games.
