Zac Gallen Named ACC Pitcher Of The Week

Virginia’s Matt Thaiss has been voted the ACC Baseball Player of the Week, while North Carolina’s Zac Gallen garnered Pitcher of the Week accolades, the league office announced Monday afternoon. Gallen tossed his second straight home complete game and his first career shutout on Friday to beat Boston College 1-0.
