Pre-NFL draft notes about the ACC


The North Carolina Tar Heels have had 87 players picked in the NFL draft since 1992, which is the third-highest total among ACC schools. UNC has had three players selected second overall. First came running back in 1965 to the San Francisco 49ers, then in 1981 was drafted by the New York Giants and in 2002 defensive end went second to the Carolina Panthers. (Fayetteville Observer)
