Tim Scott Signs with Dallas Cowboys

Defensive back Tim Scott had hoped to be an NFL late-round draft pick after starting for four seasons at UNC, but was not among the 256 players selected in the seven-round draft. Scott accepted an offer from the Dallas Cowboys. He said the Cowboys, Cleveland Browns and Detroit Lions were among the teams that contacted his agent after the draft.
