9. North Carolina: It is time to start seeing results from the Tar Heels. This must be the season they deliver, with 17 starters returning -- including a whopping 10 on offense. Quarterback Marquise Williams showed flashes of brilliance last season, but did not get much help from his supporting cast. New coordinator Gene Chizik should improve the defense, but how much improvement can be expected?
