Playing for Yankees a relief for Andrew Miller

Before the Yankees got to Boston on Thursday for their three-game weekend set with the Red Sox, Andrew Miller made plans to get to the city a little earlier. For two of the three-plus years Miller spent with the Sox, Craig Breslow’s Strike 3 Foundation had thrown his annual “Sip Happens” food and wine tasting to raise money for childhood cancer research, and Miller always had been a supporter.
