1. North Carolina: Why the Tar Heels are ranked here: The top four scorers -- and every rotation player except J.P. Tokoto -- are returning from a team that finished 11th in KenPom's final ratings and made the Sweet 16. The late addition of Kenny Williams adds a shooter to the roster. So the Tar Heels are talented, experienced and deep, which is a nice combination.
