Posted May 7, 2015
North Carolina needed only six innings to reach its season-high run total on the way to a 14-2 romp past visiting Elon in a non-conference baseball game Wednesday night at Boshamer Stadium. The Tar Heels scored in every inning they batted except the fifth and eighth, defeating Elon for the 10th consecutive meeting. “Winning is good,” North Carolina coach Mike Fox said.
