5-Star Guard Tyus Battle Commits to Michigan

Michigan added a key 2016 commitment on Monday. Five-star junior guard Tyus Battle verbally committed to John Beilein and his staff on Monday. Tyus and his father both said the combination of academics and athletics played into his decision to pick Michigan over Duke, Louisville, Syracuse, Connecticut, Notre Dame, Kentucky and Ohio State. Battle took his official visit to Michigan this past weekend. He also took recent trips to Louisville and Duke.
