Astros Prospect Kent Emanuel Undergoes Tommy John surgery

Corpus Christi Hooks LHP Kent Emanuel will miss the rest of the season, after having Tommy John surgery on his elbow Wednesday. Emanuel was drafted in the third round, 74th overall in the 2013 Draft, out of UNC. He had a great college career including two trips to the College World Series, while being named 2013 ACC Pitcher of the Year and a Louisville Slugger First-Team All-American.
