Bruce Carter on the rise

Bruce Carter has spent the offseason bulking up and becoming more accustomed to the defense. He enters the season measuring in at 6-foot-3 and weighing around 230 pounds. He is competing with senior Chase Rice for one of the starting positions at outside linebacker. No matter the outcome of the battle, Carter believes he will be a big part of the UNC defense.
