Shorter shot clock shouldn't bother UNC

In theory, North Carolina basketball coach would have the Tar Heels playing even faster since the NCAA's Playing Rules Oversight Panel reset the shot clock to 30 seconds Monday. Since the 1993-94 season, Division I men’s teams have had 35 seconds to get off a shot. The shorter shot clock is supposed to speed up the game and get more points on the scoreboard.
