5- Marquise Williams, QB, UNC: Williams threw for more than 3,000 yards and rushed for more than 700 last season. The Tar Heels return everybody on offense, including five starters on the line, most of their receivers and a stable of backs. Should UNC get its defense on track and get in contention for the Coastal title, Williams could emerge as a favorite here. (Carolina Blue)
