ESPN basketball recruiting director talks new ESPN100 and why Harry Giles is No. 1


Power forward III from Wesleyan Christian in North Carolina moved to the top of the ESPN100. Giles was the lone junior to be named to the American Family Insurance ALL-USA first team.
