Sylvester Williams measures up at nose tackle for Broncos

Sylvester Williams earned a bigger role in the Broncos' defense over the past month, securing the starting nose tackle job. When he begins training camp next month, he will be a bigger man. Williams revealed Wednesday that his offseason of positive adjustments will include an additional wrinkle. He plans to return to work at 320 pounds, roughly 10 pounds more than he currently weighs.
