Tar Heels To Extend Roy Williams' Contract Through 2020


The University of North Carolina and head men’s basketball coach have agreed in principle to extend his contract through the 2019-20 season and increase the compensation package for the Hall of Famer and two-time national championship-winning coach. Next season, Williams will begin his 13th year as the head coach at his alma mater and his 28th as a collegiate coach. He sports an overall record of 750-202. (GoHeels.com)
