Posted Jun 20, 2015
The Red Sox announced the signings of five of their 2015 draft choices on Friday. Trevor Kelley, sixth all time in UNC history in appearances, "grew up wanting to play for the Red Sox. This couldn’t have been a better scenario for me." The rubber-armed reliever appeared in 41 games in 2015 for the Tar Heels, ranking third in Division 1. Bonus amounts were not reported for any of the five signees.
