Carolina Panthers donate $100,000 to Charleston church and families of victims


Carolina Panthers owner Jerry Richardson opened up his heart and his wallet to the victims of the Charleston church shooting that left nine people dead and a community devastated. Richardson donated $10,000 to each of the families of the nine victims who died after alleged gunman Dylann Roof opened fire during a Wednesday night Bible study at the historic Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church. Richardson also donated $10,000 to the church itself, ESPN reports. (Washington Post)
