Harry Giles helps lead USA into Round of 16 at U19 FIBA Americas event

The United States led for 39:48 of the 40 minutes in beating Egypt 92-50 to close out the preliminary round in the FIBA U19 World Championship in Heraklion, Greece. The Americans will be the top seed in Group A in the quarterfinals Wednesday. Team USA places Argentina at 11:15 am ET. The U.S. team got 13 points apiece from Harry Giles, Caleb Swanigan and Jayson Tatum. Giles also had 12 rebounds, four assists and two blocks in 18 minutes. He was 5 of 8 from the field.
