Former Tar Heel Stu Holt Joins Appalachian State Coaching Staff

South Florida special teams coordinator and tight ends coach Stu Holt is no longer on the South Florida Bulls’ coaching staff and is expected to join the Appalachian State staff, according to a source. After playing as a long snapper for North Carolina from 1991 to ’95, Holt joined the coaching ranks in ’96 as the linebackers and special teams coach at Norwich University in Vermont.
