5) Quinshad Davis (North Carolina): I distinctly remember being in Gaffney (S.C.) and seeing this wide receiver when he was coming out of high school and absolutely loving his upside. Larry Feodra and the Tar Heels jumped on him late and nabbed him in signing day. Davis has had three very productive seasons, catching 150 passes for 1,976 yards and scoring 15 touchdowns.
