Gottfried optimistic about new-look Pack
Posted Jul 7, 2015
NC State head basketball coach Mark Gottfried said Tuesday the team isn’t going to dwell on the past and instead focus on the season ahead. “The loss of Trevor Lacey leaves us more of an unknown,” said Gottfried. “We have a number of returners, lost some key players, but could be picked middle of the pack because our league is so good.” With the unexpected departure of the junior guard, depth is a concern, especially at the point guard position.
