Monday is Harrison Barnes Day in Ames
Posted Jul 11, 2015
As if winning an NBA Championship is not enough, former Ames High standout Harrison Barnes will receive his very own day. Ames Mayor Ann Campbell declared Monday, July 13, to be “Harrison Barnes Day” in honor of all the success Barnes has had at the collegiate and professional level. This comes two weeks after he and the Golden State Warriors hoisted the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy.
