Posted Jul 15, 2015
Wide receiver Roscoe Johnson (Union, S.C./County) picked up an offer from North Carolina and committed Wednesday morning. Johnson visited UNC Tuesday and spent the night. He also had offers from Appalachian State, Elon, NC Central, Charleston Southern and Middle Tennessee State. (Carolina Blue)
