NCAA to base First Four participants on seeding, not selection order

The NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Committee, which we all think of as the tournament selection committee, announced a few minor, but fair tweaks to the bracketing process in an effort to create better balance in the bracket. The first change is to determine the at-large participants in the First Four based on the seeding process instead of the selection process.
