Luke Maye has big game in East-West All-Star Game loss

The two Charlotte-area players in Monday’s East-West all-star game in Greensboro had huge games, but it was not enough as the East held on to the beat the West 122-115. North Meck’s C.J. Bryce, a UNC-Wilmington recruit, led the West with 22 points. Luke Maye of Hough, a UNC recruit, had 16 points and 15 rebounds. N.C. State recruit Shawn Kirk of Whiteville scored eight of the East’s final 14 points to get the win.
