Larry Fedora: "One of the things our guys felt, we needed better leadership on our football team. We've really spent a lot of time with these guys building team chemistry and leadership throughout the spring semester and the summer. Both of those guys (Marquise Williams and Jeff Schoettmer) have taken quite a bit of that responsibility and put it on their back, which is a good thing."
