Malik Simmons Suspended

Malik Simmons's offseason momentum has hit a roadblock. The senior from Lehigh Acres, Fla., who was slated to enter training camp next month in competition for the starting cornerback job, has been suspended indefinitely from all team activities, a team official confirmed on Friday. He was listed on the school's 2015 preseason depth chart tied atop the position with junior Des Lawrence. (Inside Carolina)
