Ranking the ACC's non-conference football schedules

10. North Carolina -- South Carolina, North Carolina A&T, Illinois, Delaware: It's the second time in three years the South Carolina-North Carolina game has opened the season, and given the location of those two schools and the neutral site location in Charlotte, that's a pretty good game. There's not much else to speak of on the schedule. The Illini have been a mess lately.
