Any successful college football program usually has an established, solidified talent under center to reach its goals. This season in Chapel Hill, the North Carolina Tar Heels are hoping and counting on senior Marquise Williams. Williams passed for an astonishing 3,068 yards last season. He also led the team in rushing yardage with 788 yards. (New Bern Sun Journal)
