Larry Fedora: "As we brought this 2015 team back at the beginning of this year, the first thing we did was talk about the issues we felt like we had as a team. Every single guy on the team got to say what they thought the issues were, and then we addressed every one of those issues. We owned them and then we got rid of them, and said ‘Alright it’s time to move forward so let’s learn from them.’"
