Quinton Coples among Jets players with something to prove

is at a crossroads in his Jets career. He’s a starter, but the Jets have alternatives at OLB/DE, so new coach Todd Bowles won’t have to play Coples all that much if he doesn’t want to. Coples has never quite put it all together but said recently that he thinks he’ll be rushing the quarterback more this year. That’s good for him because that’s what he does best.
