Houston Summers: UNC's big man on campus

Now 27, Houston Summers is about to start his senior year at North Carolina. He’s an NCAA-qualifying javelin thrower with goals to become an All-American next spring. Captain is just one of several titles the Greensboro native and Northwest Guilford alumnus holds at UNC. Summers also is the recently-elected student body president and is a member of the honors college.
