The city of Chicago has long had a reputation for producing tough guards. With storied programs such as Whitney Young, Simeon, Crane, Curie and Morgan Park the city has been consistent in producing high level basketball talent. Continuing the run of tough guard play is 2016 Morgan Park point guard, Charlie Moore.
